Common questions
Up to 11 hours of continuous use, 8 hours of continuous recording, and over a month of standby. The hub runs on its own 1100 mAh battery, so recording never draws on your phone.
The iPhone series and selected Android models. We publish the tested model list before any order ships, so we never promise a fit we have not checked.
Over 100 languages, including code-switching between two in the same recording. The summary comes back in the language you set, regardless of what was spoken.
Audio is captured on the hub and processed in our EU data centre to produce the transcript and summary. You can delete any recording from the hub or your account at any time. We do not use your audio to train models. Full details on the privacy page.
The EU, the UK, the US, and Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and Taiwan. Duties and taxes are already in the price, so nothing is collected on delivery. Tracked shipping with a delivery estimate at checkout.
2 years against manufacturing defects, EU statutory minimum. Reetle hubs are MIL-STD-810H rated; warranty does not cover misuse outside that envelope. Warranty page has the specifics.
Your card is charged when you place the pre-order, not when the unit ships. If we miss the shipping window we communicated, you can cancel and we refund you in full. Once the hub arrives you also keep the 14-day right to return it, as set out on the returns page.
30 days from delivery, no questions asked. Reetle covers return shipping in the EU; outside the EU we cover one of the two legs. The refund page lays out the full process.
Waitlist signups get the date the day pre-orders open. Pre-order customers get the date in the order confirmation. We don't post a date here because shipping depends on certification, and the cert clears when it clears.
